Chef Bala at the Prince William Dinning Room
Born and raised in India, Chef Bala first took interest in cooking at a young age, and decided to nurture his affection in culinary school. After studying at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology in Madras, India, Bala worked for several years as a chef in India and Bahrain before moving to Bermuda. There, he worked for eighteen years in three different restaurants, each of which varied greatly in culture and cuisine.
In the fall of 2011, Bala moved to Prince Edward Island, and eventually became part of the Loyalist family in September of 2013. Starting out small, Bala had proven his prowess in cooking and was recently promoted to Executive Chef. Chef Bala is exceedingly creative, and truly loves his work. With all of his experience and creativity, Chef Bala brings meals from across the world to our tables; creating a fantastic dining experience.
This will be Chef Bala's first time being part of the Fall Flavours Beef N' Blues.
